Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

When you get a giant Snickers bar for Christmas there is only one thing to do…make Caramel Apple Snickers Salad.  My recipe is slightly different than other recipes you will find for Snickers Salad.  I make my wonderful marshmallow cream dip and add cool whip or whipped cream.

Cut you apples into bite sized pieces and soak in a mixture of lemon juice and water (You can use fruit fresh or do nothing if you are going to eat it immediately).

Mix cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow cream, and cool whip.  Mix with your bite size apples.
Add caramel topping, snickers, or toffee bits to taste

Ingredients

  • 4-6 large apples  (I used 10 small granny smith apples) Cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese
  • 1 container of Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 12oz container of cool whip or 1 cup of whipping cream
  • Snickers candy bars
  • Toffee bits
  • Caramel topping
Mix all ingredients and serve immediately or refrigerate.  It still taste good the next day but the apples are not as crisp.
Note:  Add any topping or ingredients that sound good.  I have also made it using a combination of caramal sauce, chocolate sauce, toffee bits, and pecans.
