I just ran across this recipe at Food In Jars and  thought “Creamsicle Jelly, Really?”  Well I’m there.  I love anything creamsicle.  Just the smell alone wins me over.

Marisa describes this as an orange jelly flaked with vanilla seeds.  I does not contain any cream but reminded her of the taste of Creamsicles from her childhood.  I guess I can relate since creamsicles also remind me of my childhood and those longs summer days.
