Saving Money is Easy !
You don’t have to clip coupons or spend hours on the computer searching for great deals. By simply price matching, you can save a lot of money.
Here is a great example…..
Ms. Holly, a 26 year old coworker, saved half on her grocery bill today. She was able to do this by price matching. Yep, it’s that simple. She bought $61.89 worth of groceries for $32.38 by price matching at our local Walmart.
So…this Wednesday, grab all of the local weekly ads and go through them, make of list of the cheapest prices, and head to Walmart. This will save you time, money, and your poor feet will thank you.
Tips for price matching
- I separate items in my buggy by the store I’m price matching. I use Super 1 Foods and Albertson’s a lot so I will have 3 groups in my buggy – (1)Super 1 Foods, (2)Albertsons, and (3) items I’m paying full price for or simply have coupons on but no price match.
- Have a printed or written list handy so you can easily tell the cashier the price as she checks out the items.
- Try not to overdo it at one time. Don’t fill up your buggy with a ton of items at one time. It will frustrate you and the cashier. Remember, we want to keep this easy and simple!
- Check to see if there are coupons on the items you are price matching for an even better deal! Money Saving Mom has a great coupon database.
