SPRAY DRIFT FROM AERIAL APPLICATION OF PESTICIDES
I’m watching this helicopter make turns over my house while spraying over nearby timberland. If anything actually lives this year (it hasn’t survived in the past) it will no longer be organic and all eggs that my chickens lay today will need to be thrown out.
As you can see, the chemicals are sprayed almost into my front yard and I have no idea how far the over- spray will reach. So, thank you timber company and person operating the helicopter for circling over my house repeatedly while spraying chemicals only a few feet from my house. And thank you for not calculating the overspray area and possibly releasing the chemicals further from the road so as not to douse everyone driving by in a car and the chickens in my front yard.
Has anyone else had to deal with this and if so, is there a way to protect your plants and pets?
