I fell in love with this Southern gem the moment I saw it. It was created by  Atlanta architect, Brandon Ingram, for a family in Florida.  You may be surprised to find out that this home is only 800 sq feet.

FRONT PORCH

In keeping with Southern traditions, the front porch ceiling was painted blue.

LIVING ROOM

I love the  shiplap walls painted white and the antique bricks around the fireplace.

KITCHEN

Don’t you just love the soapstone countertops? And the shiplap backsplash and old-fashioned louvered shutters are the perfect touch for a Southern farmhouse.

If you look closely, you will see that the antique mirror is actually a recessed medicine cabinet.

SCREENED BACK PORCH

I think the place I would spend the most time in this house is on the screened-in back porch.  Perfect for those southern summer nights.
