SUPER EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS
A coworker made these Swedish Meatballs at an event our park hosted several years ago. They were such a hit that we continue to make this meatballs at all of our events and we always carry home an empty dish.
They are so easy to make and are perfect for a quick meal or if you are looking for something to throw in a crock pot.
You can eat them as a stand-alone meal or add to past or rice. It’s also the perfect dish if you are looking for something to carry to a potluck. Be ready to give out the recipe because someone will ask for it.
SUPER EASY SWEDISH MEATBALLS

1 bag of frozen meatballs (original flavor, not Italian style)- I use the large family size bag from Walmart
1 large container of sour cream
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk (use the cream of mushroom can)
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook until meatballs are heated.
